Do you have a Learn to Swim guarantee?

Yes, I have a Learn to Swim Guaranteed Package of 12 private lessons. I guarantee that your child aged 3 or older will learn to swim by 12 private lessons or the subsequent lessons it takes to learn to swim are free! "Swimming" is defined as being able to kick or kick & paddle with their face under the water, return to the wall after a jump or "fall" and climb out of the pool. To qualify for the guarantee the child must be 3 years or older and have no mental or physical disabilities.

Do you provide a Trial Lesson?

I do not offer a trial lesson, however I do offer new clients a 50% Money Back Guarantee to ensure your complete satisfaction. If after your first swim lesson you're unsatisfied with ME/ instructor I will refund your entire lesson purchase and insurance (including the first lesson) Please email me within 48 hours after your first lesson to request the money-back guarantee.

Why should I put my child in private lessons?

It has been proven over and over that lower student to teacher ratio is the best situation for learning. Therefore, one student to one instructor is the optimal for learning. A private 30-45 minute lesson is 30-45 minutes with an instructor. A group lesson for a half hour with four students is 10 minutes per student with the instructor. Private lessons are designed to get your child safe in the water. At JACS MOBILE Swim SCHOOL I specialize in quick and effective learning through one-on-one lessons that are individually tailored to the students learning style and developmental level.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept payments via CASH. DIRECT DEPOSIT.

How early can I start my baby in swim lessons?

Children can begin swim lessons as early as six months old with a parent in the water for comfort. Babies under one year often adapt to the water more readily than older children and the weightless environment of the water gives them a great place to exercise their young muscles.
My child tells me he doesn't want to take swim lessons, should I listen to him, or put him in lessons anyway?

Put your child in lessons anyway. Drowning is the leading cause of accidental death for children under the age of five! Children who have had swimming lessons have a respect for water, they know they have limitations, they understand the work involved with swimming, and they know there are rules that go with swimming.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours from your scheduled lesson time to avoid being charged for the lesson.
Cancelations due to poor weather conditions (cold & rainy or lightning) will be made up at another time with in 2 weeks.

Do we need our own pool for the lessons?

It is optimal if you have access to a home or housing community pool (pool, apartment pool, hotel or resort pool).

Are parents required to be in the water during lessons?

For children under 2 years we recommend a parent is in the water for the child to be most comfortable. Children 2 years and over get the most out of lessons without the parent in the water and often with the parent out of direct sight

When will my child be a "safe" swimmer?

Every child is unique and develops at their own pace. Babies and toddlers who have had positive water experiences early tend to develop faster because they do not develop a fear for the water. Keeping this in mind, the younger they get started, the sooner they will become safe and happy swimmers.
Learning to swim is not a skill that you can learn in just a few lessons, but requires time to develop and practice

Do you have insurance?

Yes, I are fully insured to provide swim lessons and life guarding services.
